Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Simple Glossary for Confluence ("the App"), developed and maintained by DailyMind LTD ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License Grant​

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely within the Atlassian Confluence Cloud environment, subject to the terms of your Atlassian Marketplace purchase and these Terms.

Usage Restrictions​

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
  • Sublicense, lease, rent, or distribute the App to third parties
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Atlassian's terms of use
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's infrastructure or systems
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App

Atlassian Marketplace​

The App is distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace. Your purchase, subscription, and billing are governed by Atlassian's Marketplace Terms of Use in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Atlassian's Marketplace Terms, Atlassian's terms shall prevail with respect to billing and distribution.

Intellectual Property​

The App, including all code, design, documentation, and related materials, is the intellectual property of DailyMind LTD. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Your use of the App does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the App.

Data Handling​

The App operates within the Atlassian Confluence Cloud environment. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled. The App does not collect or store user data independently of the Atlassian platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties​

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability​

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DAILYMIND LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Termination​

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Confluence instance. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms​

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law​

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
