Acceptance of Terms
By using the Simple Glossary for Confluence plugin ("the Plugin"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Customer Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Plugin.
Plugin Usage
The Simple Glossary for Confluence plugin is designed to add glossary functionality within the Atlassian Confluence environment. You agree to use the Plugin in accordance with its intended purpose and within the terms of use defined by Atlassian Confluence.
Data Storage and Privacy
The Plugin does not independently collect or store user data. All information, including user profiles, is stored within the Atlassian Confluence Cloud. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for Simple Glossary for Confluence for details on data usage and security.
User Responsibilities
As a user of the Plugin, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Support and Updates
DailyMind LTD will make reasonable efforts to provide support for the Plugin and may release updates to improve functionality and address issues. However, there is no obligation for ongoing support or updates.
Intellectual Property
The Plugin and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DailyMind LTD.
Limitation of Liability
THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
In no event shall DailyMind LTD be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Plugin. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Plugin in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Modifications to Terms
These Customer Terms may be revised at any time. Your continued use of the Plugin after any changes to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.
Governing Law
These Customer Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
